Senior Software Engineer – Fintech / DeFi

Your role

We’re hiring a Senior Software Engineer to build the infrastructure powering the future of onchain equity.

You’ll work at the intersection of fintech, AI-assisted development, and regulated DeFi—helping us scale the systems that make equity move like code.

You’ll use the latest AI-assisted dev tools (Cursor, MCP, AI agents) to build production-grade systems faster and smarter—shipping secure, compliant, and scalable software that bridges traditional and blockchain finance.

This is a high-impact role for an engineer who wants to move fast, code with intelligence, and ship at scale.

This position is for US Citizen / Permanent Resident or French Citizen.

What you’ll own

• Build and ship scalable features using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL
• Leverage AI tools (Cursor, MCP, AI agents) to accelerate development and power smarter product features
• Design and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure (Lambda, Amplify, S3, API Gateway; Bedrock knowledge is a plus)
• Collaborate with product, legal, and finance teams to bridge onchain and traditional systems
• Ensure security and regulatory compliance across deployed systems
• Contribute to architecture decisions and mentor teammates on AI-assisted development best practices

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Advanced skills in React, TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL
• Solid experience with AWS Lambda + Amplify
• Proven record of delivering production systems in fintech or regulated environments
• Familiarity with Solidity, DAML, or Bedrock is a plus (not required)
• Curiosity and comfort using AI-assisted tools daily to boost productivity and quality
• Must be based on the US East Coast (NYC/CT/MA/NJ preferred) or France, with regular team meetups in NYC/CT
