We're rebuilding the rails for equity to move like code, onchain. Our stack powers programmable equity infrastructure: compliant, wallet-native, & designed for the realities of private markets at internet era.

We’re looking for a smart contract engineer fluent in Haskell or ready to ramp fast on Daml, the functional language shaping the future of financial contracts.

🧑‍💻 What You’ll Do

Build smart contracts using Daml that power real-world fintech infrastructure
Collaborate closely with product, legal, backend teams to spec and ship
Contribute to the Daml ecosystem & its evolution
Write secure, auditable, & well-documented code for regulated environments

👀 What We’re Looking For

✅ Experience in Haskell (or other typed functional languages Scala, Ocaml, Rust, Python...)

✅ Curious mindset & ability to learn Daml fast (prior Daml is a huge plus)

✅ Experience in fintech, finance, or working with regulated entities

✅ Based in the US or Europe with East Coast time overlap with CTO

✅ Zoom mtg with cam on (if remote and not NYC-local)

➕ Nice to Have

OSS contributions (Haskell, Daml, smart contract frameworks)

Familiarity with DLTs, privacy-first protocols, or tokenized securities

Active in dev communities (GitHub, Reddit, forums)
